We understand that knowledge of the English language is one of the major barriers for many. That is why we offer vacancies where English is not required. The employer is aware in advance that you do not speak English, and the work processes are designed so that you can work comfortably and fulfill your duties. We support you in your native language: from consultation to starting the job. The curator is always in touch, will help with questions, translate, explain, and support you.
How it works:
We select job vacancies where knowledge of the language is not required. We explain all the terms of work and living in your language. We help with document processing and accompany you during the relocation process. After your arrival, you receive support from a Russian-speaking coordinator.
Additional information:
Even without knowledge of English, you can earn steadily and legally. We work with those employers who are willing to accept foreign employees and take the language barrier into account.
At work, there are often colleagues from the CIS, and housing is selected with consideration for cultural features. If you wish, we will help you start learning the language right here.
